Our commitment

Best Owner Direct HVAC & Electrical wants every homeowner in the Tualatin Valley & Portland metro to be able to find, read, and use this website — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as part of doing honest work, not an afterthought.

Standards we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA . Measures already in place across this site include:

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading order, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Text and interface colors checked against WCAG contrast ratios, with visible keyboard focus indicators.
• Descriptive link text, labeled navigation menus and form fields, and alternative text on informative images.
• Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled when your device asks for less motion.
• Content that works without JavaScript wherever possible, including FAQ answers and core service information.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (such as the Google Maps frame on our contact page) are provided by outside vendors and may not fully meet the same standard. If any of them blocks you from getting what you need, contact us and we'll provide the information directly.
