Installations are backed by our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty (conditions apply). Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms; we register installed systems so you receive the full available manufacturer warranty.

Best Owner Direct HVAC & Electrical is licensed in the State of Oregon (CCB# 199049), bonded, and insured. We perform work in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
Scheduling, cancellations & site access
Appointment windows are confirmed when you book by phone or through our contact form. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can — we run a small, local crew and a missed window is time another neighbor could have used. For any on-site work you agree to provide safe access to the equipment being serviced (attics, crawl spaces, electrical panels, and outdoor units), and to secure pets during the visit. After-hours emergency service is available based on technician availability; after-hours rates are quoted before we dispatch.
Payments & financing
Payment is due on completion of work unless a written agreement says otherwise. Financing is available on approved credit through our third-party financing partners; credit decisions, terms, and payment processing are handled by the lender, not by Best Owner Direct HVAC & Electrical, and are subject to the lender's own agreements. Promotional offers and discounts apply only as written, cannot be combined unless stated, and must be mentioned when you book.
Permits & inspections
Where mechanical or electrical work requires a permit, Best Owner Direct HVAC & Electrical pulls the permit and schedules the inspection as part of the job — it is included in the written quote, never a separate upsell. You agree to allow the jurisdiction's inspector reasonable access to complete required inspections.
Text messaging terms
